This Returns and Fulfillment Policy explains how the owner/operator of this website handles product availability, order fulfillment, returns, and refunds for transactions on this website.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Listings, inventory, prices, descriptions, shipping estimates, and availability may change, and some items may become unavailable, backordered, discontinued, delayed, incorrectly listed, restricted, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. It does not guarantee acceptance, inventory allocation, shipment, or final fulfillment.

Orders may be rejected, canceled, limited, split, held, or partially fulfilled when an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an error appears in a listing or price, fraud or abuse is suspected, fulfillment is not commercially practical, or cancellation is needed for legal, safety, security, or operational reasons.

If all or part of an order cannot be fulfilled, the unavailable portion will not be charged, or, if payment has already been collected, the unavailable portion will be refunded.

Available items in the same order may still be shipped or fulfilled separately unless cancellation rights apply under law or the posted policy.

Substitutions will be offered only where permitted and, when legally required, only with the customer consent needed for that substitution.

If shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, or beyond the legally required default period when no timeframe was promised, customers will be notified when required and given the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected item for a refund.

Returns are accepted only according to the return policy shown at purchase, on the product page, in checkout, in the order confirmation, or in another written policy that applies to the order.

Certain items may be final sale, non-returnable, custom-made, personalized, perishable, time-sensitive, digital, downloadable, opened, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise excluded where permitted by law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing may depend on the payment processor, bank, card network, fraud review, return inspection, and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection, shipping, cancellation, or refund laws.
